Pam lives with her family in the country, where she became a gardening enthusiast. She started her career in television production at public television, graduating from Amherst College and Teachers College Columbia University.In 1999, she founded Meadoworks, a garden design, installation and maintenance company, which developed from studying native plants and conservation practices. She enjoys writing, photographing and spending time in nature.
